Damaged Items

Our packaging is designed to withstand a lot of stress, but if an item arrives damaged, we offer a 100% Free Replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • High-quality photos of the damage.
  • High-quality photos of the outer packaging.
  • Your order number.

Custom Products Policy

Because every item is printed and framed to unique specifications, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Customer change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered.
  • Low-quality original artwork provided (we provide DPI warnings in the customizer).

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our craft. If there is a clear manufacturing defect or a mistake in the frame assembly, we will work with you to make it right immediately.

How to Initiate a Claim

Store owners can initiate a claim through the Message Center in their dashboard, or by emailing support@printframeco.com.
