How trade bespoke framing works

From a single commission to a full exhibition or hotel rollout — the same spec-first process, scaled to your volume.

1

Spec your frames

Configure moulding, mount, glazing, and exact dimensions in the 3D customizer — or send us your spec sheet for larger programmes. Live trade pricing as you build.

2

Approve a sample

For volume orders and rollouts we produce a sample frame or corner set first, so you sign off materials and finish before the run goes to production.

3

Production

Frames are cut, joined, and finished to sub-millimetre tolerance in our UK workshop, with conservation mounting and your chosen glazing fitted in-house.

4

White-label dispatch

Every order ships under your brand with tracked, insured, impact-resistant packaging — direct to you, your client, or your customer.

Project framing, handled end to end

Bespoke framing rarely means one frame. Galleries hang shows, hotels dress hundreds of rooms, and designers install whole collections. We quote, sample, and produce as a single project — one spec, one invoice, one point of contact.

  • Gallery exhibitions and edition runs framed to a single consistent spec
  • Hotel, restaurant, and workspace art programmes delivered floor by floor
  • Interior designers framing client collections with approval samples
  • E-commerce brands selling framed prints without touching a frame

Built for volume, priced for trade

Trade accounts get volume discounts that scale with monthly order count, optional NET payment terms, and white-label everything — from packing slip to outer box. Wholesale and project pricing is quoted per job for larger programmes.

Trade framing FAQs

What is trade bespoke framing?

Trade bespoke framing is made-to-measure picture framing supplied business-to-business. You specify the exact frame size, moulding, mount, and glazing; we manufacture to that spec in our UK workshop and ship white-label — to you, your gallery, or directly to your customer.

Is there a minimum order for bespoke frames?

No. We are built for print on demand, so a single bespoke frame gets the same materials and tolerances as a hundred-frame exhibition run. Volume orders unlock trade discounts.

Can you frame artwork we send you?

Yes. We can print and frame from your digital files in one order, or you can ship us existing prints, canvases, and originals to be framed and forwarded.

Do you handle large projects like hotels or exhibitions?

Yes. We run project-based framing for hotels, restaurants, developers, and galleries — sample approval first, then phased production and delivery, with a dedicated account manager on trade plans.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver bespoke frames across the whole UK from our production hub, with next-day options for most mainland cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Bristol.
